How To Report a Claim


STEP 1: Select Your Card and Claim Type

The claim forms are structured to match your Card benefits for Purchase Protection Plan, Buyer's Assurance Protection Plan or Car Rental Theft and Damage claims.


STEP 2: Complete the Online Claim Form 

Follow the step-by-step instructions to provide the information we need to begin your claim. We have clickable help icons and an FAQ section to assist you along the way.


STEP 3: Upload Supplemental Documentation

We ask that you provide a few documents in order to process your claim. You can still submit your claim right away before the supplemental documents are required.
